This package contains:
- DXF: Upper cut patterns, TPU reflective grip overlay, Strobel board
- STEP (parametric): Plate with carbon torsion bar, Stud layout, Full assembly (1:1)
- PDF: Technical sheet + Process guide (press parameters, bonding)
- RENDER: Web preview images (white pearl + reflective grip)
- README + VersionCode

Fit & Field:
- Size: EU 42⅓ (internal length ~270 mm), Width: D (standard precise)
- Use: FG/AG mixed fields (natural firm & modern artificial)
- Target weight: 185 g (per shoe, EU 42⅓)
- Drop: 2 mm

Materials (prototype):
- Upper: Microfiber PU 0.8 mm, white pearl satin
- Grip zone: TPU film 0.25 mm, pearlescent silver (reflect)
- Plate: Pebax (PA11/12) w/ integrated carbon torsion bar 0.4 mm
- Sockliner: EVA 2 mm perforated
- Heel: Internal TPU counter 0.8 mm + anti-slip liner

Press & Bonding (lab guideline):
- TPU overlay: 150 °C, 6 bar, 10–12 s (use Teflon mask)
- Adhesive PU (Desmocoll) activation: 55–60 °C
- Plate bonding on strobel: 6–8 bar, 12–15 s, 3D last press

Safety:
- Use ventilation and PPE for solvents/isocyanates (mask A2P3, nitrile gloves).

Note:
- STEP files are parametric placeholders for CAD; adjust to your tooling if needed.
- For SLS, export mesh (STL) from STEP in your CAD with tolerances per service specs.
